Went in for a scheduled oil change and informed the service advisor that another service advisor will be paying for my oil change I was then asked by the service advisor why is another service advisor paying for your oil change I was taken back by this comment this advisor was out of line disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional I don’t understand why everytime I go to the service department to get my vehicle serviced I’m met with bull crap I don’t want my car serviced at this location anymore pitiful.

Went in for an oil change and asked them to check the check engine light and replace the bulb in the front turn signal. They changed oil and told me to come back in a week for the rest of the service. Went back and was there 5.5 hours. The fixed the check engine light. They told me they replaced the bulb, but they replaced the side indicator bulb, no turn signal. Went right back to the shop and the woman at the service department argued with me that they fixed it. I sent an email to the service department, but never heard back. Nothing

It was great! Went in for an upgrade from a mercury sable and immediately felt welcome. Plus the service was amazing.
