I wouldn’t take my car back up there due to being unprofessional and lack of communication, my car just sat there until I had to physically go in to check on the updates of my car and since I had a warranty they took advantage of it and Corey Copenhaver ignored my calls for 2 weeks!! I do NOT recommend ANYONE taking the car up there. Especially if you have a warranty

I purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos towards the end of November
I purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos towards the end of November 2025 and I'm loving it. I worked with Alan Melendez who has a calm, cool and friendly approach which made the whole process enjoyable. Alan answered all my questions patiently and explained everything clearly. Mike (I believe that was his name) work diligently to stay within my budget. A month later Alan called to check in to see how my Seltos was doing. I recommend Napleton Kia stop by and ask for Alan!!!

We were planning on buying a 2020 Sedona at Napleton.
We were planning on buying a 2020 Sedona at Napleton. We arrived and noticed a dent where the right front fender and bumper meet. I noticed a couple marks there in the pics, but you couldn't see a dent. The listing stated 0 accidents, so that was already one red flag! We test drove it (of course they had the heater blasting and the stereo on) and I noticed a vibrating under the front end on the same side as the dent/scratches. Turned off the stereo and heater and I could hear a noise from under the right front end, same as the dent. I turned around and went back to the dealer. I was done. The junior sales guy apologized and understood that we were annoyed. I feel like this kid got thrown to the wolves selling junk by his manager! Our biggest problem, I am in a wheelchair so driving over 2 hours one way to drive a piece of junk really p'd me off! I will never go back to Napleton, and I will tell this story any time a friend is car shopping!
