We foubs this dealership to be very helpful in our pursuit of a new car. They went through all their options and helped ys determine what was best fie us. A great place to do business. Our salesman Rey Santos was extremely helpful throughout the whole purchase.

I would never do business with this dealership again! We agreed to a CASH price for a vehicle before driving the 3 hours to the dealership; only to get there and have them tell me that price is actually only good if I financed with them. After back and forth and agreeing to just finance so I could get out of there, we were left alone sitting and waiting for more than an hour. We went searching for our salesperson only to find him around the corner playing games on his phone. All in, what should have been a less than an hour deal, took us more than 6 hours to complete. We ended up having to order in food because the salesperson was so terrible and never even let us know there was a spot with popcorn and water. Then came the even worse part. We were told the dealership had 30 days to file the paperwork with the state of Michigan for us to get it registered properly. After 30 days I called and it still wasn't done. It took almost a full two months and four separate trips to Secretary of State before the paperwork was completed and I was able to get the vehicle registered properly. The only two positives from this dealership were the finance manager, Abid; and the new car manager, Herb. They were both very helpful with my countless issues. If it was not for those two, I would give the dealership 0 stars if it was possible.
