I had a decent experience at this dealership, the work was done Excellent however the communication was a little late at times and also the labor was a bit pricey versus the actual part itself so I give it four stars.

Had my truck in for service at Willowbrook Ford where I purchased the truck. This is not the first time I’ve had service performed there. The service was always excellent. Service advisors are thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was performed in a timely manner. Great service!!

Went for maintenance.
Went for maintenance. Was up front with everything needed done. Did not push to do what I could do myself. Told me how long everything would take and was pretty right about it.
