I've driven KIA for 16yrs and always with Evergreen KIA. I called the Oraland location because Evergreens customer service has gone in the toilet. I spoke with Jalisa who told me to ask for her or Chris when I got here. From the time I pulled in it was like being with family at Thanksgiving. Chris took care of business while still being down to earth. He Showed me every possible option I had and giving me his professional opinion. I truly truly appreciate everything he's done. I look forward to a great relationship of car buying and referrals❣️

My experience was an has been horrible no communication repaired my vehicle due to a manufacturer recall , gave me my vehicle back with lights on that were not originally on left off parts that were not replaced have trying to get resolution since October 15th and it is now November 5 and still non let me leave the dealership without a 21 point inspection after replacing an engine allowed me to leave a dealership where they ran down my battery completely and almost stranded at a store after leaving and car would not start and by the grace of God there was someone in service that had to come give me a jump to get home and then had to purchase a new battery and still have not received a response still have not gotten the part . The worse service department customer service ever.
