I have to say I didn’t have a good experience here. I met with Ramone in sales and he was the only decent part of this experience. It’s when you get to finance and sales managers where it then gets rough. Kind of makes sense now why people call them Naplescam. I went in with paperwork that I filled out online through my works discount website and came in with a payment in mind. They then take forever and send 3 different people my way and start off over $150 more a month higher than originally expected. Then tell me I got scammed by Southlake Kia on my last car I bought through them. Basically calling me stupid for the deal I took through them. When Napleton was the one who seemed way off base with my trade. Magically while talking for only about 15 minutes the payment went down by $100 bucks. Funny how that happened while they tell you they aren’t scamming you in the first place. I’m a single mom and I bust my butt, I will not be taken advantage of. Maybe they should spend a little less money on their many million dollar facility and not be insulting in the first place with their offers. Evergreen Kia doesn’t seem to have a problem with the numbers. Headed there to see what they have to offer.
