I had a pretty good experience here at O'Brien Kia of Bloomington, I was doing some research on a car and as soon as i put in a trade in offer, my sale's rep Austin called me to schedule an appointment. He definitely knew how to connect with a person and knew how to talk to me, which makes good in a sales person, when taking a test drive in the Kia K4, he showed me all the features on the guy, and being a guy he showed me some things a guy would appreciate in a car. I would for sure recommend going to Austin, if you were to come here
