I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the lack of support I have received from Berwyn Kia in addressing ongoing issues with my vehicle. Despite multiple attempts to obtain assistance, the dealership has not taken the necessary steps to review or honor the warranty coverage. I have confirmed with the dealership where I purchased the vehicle that **it remains under warranty**. Berwyn Kia, however, failed to verify this information, investigate the coverage, or provide clear communication about which repairs should be included. This lack of diligence has resulted in unnecessary delays, confusion, and continued problems with my vehicle. As a customer, I expect professionalism, transparency, and urgency when warranty coverage is involved. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, inadequate follow-through, and no explanation as to why the warranty was not reviewed at the outset.
