I bought a vehicle from my hometown dealership.
I bought a vehicle from my hometown dealership. It has an engine issue. I took it to my local dealership, they had to make an appointment and it took about a month. The KIA dealership told my dealership my vehicle should be under recall for the engine. Long story short KIA still has my vehicle since the end of May. Now it needs 4100.00 of work before they can put the new motor in. I have asked to speak to the GM and have not been called back. They say it has been wrecked however shows no damage on the CARFAX. I just would like to have my vehicle fixed. Very unhappy with the lack of concern and communication from this dealership. Also KIA customer service was no help what so ever.

My vehicle is in now for the third time for the exact
My vehicle is in now for the third time for the exact same reason. Want to charge me again for a diagnostic check for the exact same thing. The canceled my appointment set for July 22nd and rescheduled for July 31, and are now telling me i don't have an appointment for this day. They have been patching and "band-aiding" the issue with my vehicle as it is getting close to 60K miles and the warranty running out. I wonder what happens next!!! Ridiculous
