Had a good trade experience with Ruhul and Kyle. Had a deal done for my 2023 Nissan Titan after 6 hours of back and forth. Agreed to the deal and financial terms with Bank of America. Here is where the deal went south. Philip in the closing office was rude, condescending and absolutely unprofessional. He pulled my credit again. Seemed shocked that I got instantly notified. I said why did you do that? It was already done through my bank. He claimed he didn’t. (Flat out lied) I thought it was odd that I left the dealership with only the temporary tag receipt. 23 days later, I have not received any loan information. Contract the dealership and they send me the new loan information, with Wells Fargo at a rate higher than I had at Bank of America. Only $10 month difference, but that is $720 additional profit. I will be refinancing myself. If you are going to do business with them, handle your own finances and beware of Philip!
