Second time at Napleton for issues with my 10 year old
Second time at Napleton for issues with my 10 year old Kia Soul and both times I was given repair service beyond my expectations. I will continue to pay the higher dealer fees. You get what you pay for and well worth it. THANK YOU NAPLETON KIA!

Napleton Kia sold me a lemon and bogus warranty from
Napleton Kia sold me a lemon and bogus warranty from Endurance. I paid $8,320.28 on a vehicle that only lasted 3 1/2 months. They claimed the did an oil service and inspection but the repair facility said that was impossible due to metal shavings in the oil. Endurance refused to repair the car. When I advised the GM, he said "its a machine, they break down, what do you want me to do about it." I said, I'd like a refund or a car of equal value . He said, he couldn't help. It may be to late for me to revoke the payment with my bank, but I hope to help someone. DON"T BUY A USED CAR FROM NAPLETON KIA.
