Extremely deceptive.
Extremely deceptive. We had an offer in hand from Morgan Buys cars and the manager here had no clue who Morgan buys cars was?!? We pointed out the signs all over the dealership as well as their shirts. The manager and sales person gave us an offer half of what Morgan offered. They said unless we wanted to trade in our truck. Which is why we were there. When we told the manager the car we were interested in all of a sudden the trade offer dropped AGAIN!!! Then the car we wanted to see was all of a sudden it was in the shop being worked on?!? Interesting how the manager knew the exact dollar amount of 3k yet had zero clue what was being done on the car we were interested in purchasing. And now the purchase difference doubled. Not sure what kind of retail math is being done at Kia of port Charlotte however BUYER BEWARE. There is not one honest person working there. They are extremely unprofessional and want to boast about selling 600 cars a month yet I saw nobody in there buying anything!!! DECEPTIVE !!!! ZERO INTEGRITY!!!!

Dealership was clean and welcoming. Someone checked with me within about 5 minutes of coming through the door. I told them that I had an appointment and they offered me a seat and they went to get my sales rep Rachel. She was great! Put 10 Rachel’s on the floor and sales will sky rocket! She’s very well versed in the inventory and the “next steps” in the sales process.
