Phil Smith Kia

I was offered $25,000 for my car and this was put in writing. When I went to the dealership to complete the purchase, the offer dropped by $1500 for absolutely no reason. I stated many times that I did not wish to purchase the Phil Smith Kia protection package at a cost of $1995, yet it appeared on my purchase order without any authorization from me. Astoundingly, the managers of this dealership took umbrage with me for even bringing this up! I was also told that the car was in excellent condition yet it needed a repair that was blatantly obvious and cost $325 in additional money to be paid by me. All of these things speak to the lack of truth and honesty by the dealership. So I guess my final statement is caveat emptor (let the buyer beware). I suggest to all of you potential buyers that you check the integrity of this dealership before you contemplate a purchase. My recommendation is STAY AWAY!

Good customer service, good deal. Nice people work there. I am very happy whit my Kia.

Same old same old. Every dealer wants top dollar for a nearly 10 year old car and will not negotiate. Or, they tack on absurd fees. Do yourself a favor. If you can buy new in cash, pressure them for the best deal or better yet, buy private. Dealerships are crooks and deserve to go out of business.
