Since you are asking, this was the worst service I've ever had. When I brought my car in, I told them I had been to the Tampa dealership and they had fixed an issue and since it had just been done it was under warranty and needed to be fixed. Since I live here, it was closer to bring it here rather than back to Tampa and the Tampa dealer wanted to save me the trip. However, your kia dealership refuses to talk to another kia dealership, and they don't have anything on file, so I took pictures of the paperwork and sent it to Derek. Derek informed me it would be $200 to look at it, but the Tampa dealership said that it was under warranty so it would be covered and they shouldn't charge me. Well after your dealership looked at the car and fixed something I didn't being it in for, they called me and told me that they needed another $200 and 2 more hours to look at the problem that I brought it in for originally. I was furious!!! I called Tampa and they said to decline the service and bring it back to them, which I did and they fixed it with no problem. However, the 2 hour unnecessary drive to Tampa, a day off of work to drive there, and added gas money, when a kia dealership is right here in my back yard, should not have been necessary. Not only that, but when I requested a ride to the dealer from my work to get my car, I was told it would be a while because he was helping a customer and that a ride might not be happening until the next day. I was desperately trying to get ahold of him to see if I needed to get a ride home from my work location by my coworkers but he kept
