All really good, the personal and the office the only thing is our car was in a lot far from the office, we lost like 1h to other and back

Hello.
Hello. My name is Jose Bosch. If it weren’t for Henry @ South Dade Kia, I don’t know what I would’ve done. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation & my back tire kept leaking air. The dashboard kept prompting me that the “Back right” was low on air. I asked Henry to please have them check it out. When I went back, I asked Henry if the leaking tire was fixed. He told me the man working on my car “Didn’t find anything wrong with the tire & he didn’t see any nail in it” all he did was add air to the tires. When I woke up the next day, the dashboard kept prompting kept prompting me again that the “Back right tire” was low in air. That means, the man that “Worked” on my car, did not check for any nails & DEFINITELY DID NOT ROTATE MY TIRES BUT, I got charged for it. I spoke to Henry the next day. When I got to the shop he was very apologetic. Within literally, 3 seconds, we found exactly where the nail was at. Again, Henry was great but I’m definitely not happy with the worker. I got charged for something that wasn’t done. So how am I to know that my oil was even changed?
