Five stars for great service over 4 years from Damian and Franklin. One star for discussion with sales team when I offered to sell them my Kia purchased and serviced there. I can't even say who I dealt with, as the guy Never Bothered to introduce himself, or give me any useful information about pricing. I was offered $4,000 more by another dealer with no hassles at all. He showed me the wholesale price for my car and I took that number, which seemed perfectly fair.

Friendly but not willing to negotiate.

The staff at Key West Kia was friendly and not pressuring but when it came time to negotiate a deal they would not budge. I really wanted to buy local but a $1900 price difference was worth the drive to deal with one of the bigger dealerships in Miami. I got the exact same car I wanted for a lot less and I wish they would just work with people.

kia's should be discontinued, because of sports. I compared the nba, and china, to the states, and china. when really, it would just be better with another honda, Hyundai, or Toyota, for a better used car, or a Mitsubishi. I don't like no ford, or no chevy, no more.
