They were so polite and most helpful. Everyone spoke to us and offered us water. The staff made buying my Kia fun. They were helpful in every way. It has been a pleasure buying my Kia. Ray was most gracious in everything he shared with us. We were treated with kindness explaining all the details concerning my purchase. Great staff.

The representatives were good, but the automated system has some issues which makecit a bit frustrating, like alow update, repeated requests, and some misquoti f of work covered under extended warranty, which made it look like I was chosing more expenses.
