I had a very pleasant experience at the Mitsubishi service center. Jorge & Enrique were very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. My issue was resolved without having to leave the car. I’d definitely recommend them, 100%.

Liars and crooks.
Liars and crooks. Stay away! Their finance employee Yasmany Basulto lied about the warranty they sold me. Consumers, you don’t have to take their actions laying down….. go to the attorney general, DHSMV, and the federal trade commission and file a report. There are many avenues for consumer protection that you can utilize. Don’t let them keep getting away with robbing and lying to people. Don’t buy any extended warranty from these people. You can only have work done on your vehicle at their dealership, not any Ram dealer as they claim.
