I am very pleased with the professional service that I received at Kia. Juan Carlos the sales associate was great and very professional. The whole buying process was such a pleasure and the vehicle was presented and delivered to me in absolute pristine condition. Not Mia in a Kia

Service department said we would have to wait months to get car fixed when we decided to take car home they couldn’t find it. When they did find it the battery was dead. They said no problem we can replace it. The next day said they misspoke they would have to charge us 220 dollars. We had taken the car in for an electrical issue that was covered. We have a 2018 sportage with a little over 12,000 miles on it. This is the second time we have been in for their poor workmanship. Last time it was a fuse box that could cause a fire. Believe me stay away from this service department and if you want to stay safe I don’t want to see you in Kia. When we got home we found the interior lights had been switched on probably causing the battery drain.
