Don't even bother.
Don't even bother. Spoke to Jon about a vehicle. Wouldn't honor online price, refused to negotiate his overpriced offer. Poor salesmanship, poor dealership.

Will never deal with these lying charlatans again! Stay away from this dealer! 1 star is 1 star too many. We bought a new 2023 Sportage for my oldest son several years ago and should’ve learned my lesson then. We nearly walked out of the dealership because they told us one thing and then tried to present numbers that were way different (worse) than what was originally told to us. As it turned out, after speaking with the sales manager, we ended up working out an agreement. However, at the end of a very long night at the dealership, the finance manager ended up giving us a different rate than what they said they were giving us and we gave in after being there for nearly 6 hours. Fast forward to this week. Our youngest son needed a car. We went shopping in Clermont again since most of the dealerships are all in one place. We went to several dealerships but the Kia dealer was closed. Before we went home for the night on Sunday, we were at another dealership when I pulled up the Kia of Clermont website. I was looking at their end of the year deals and we saw (77) 2025 Tellurides listed. I then filtered the selection to the S-trim and found 12 of them. They all had fantastic prices listed, including promotional discounts and rebates. I told my wife about them and we decided to come back to Clermont on Monday to see if we could work this out. We also had another vehicle already negotiated, but this price was too good to pass up. In the morning, I called the Sales department and asked them specifically about the internet price and to tell me if there were going to be any surprises. I brought up the fact that we were existing customers of this dealership and were hoping this would carry some weight. I spoke to two different salespeople and they both assured me that there would be no surprises. So, we went to the dealership after work and met with one of the people we spoke to John. I reminded him of our conversation and then we went and looked at the Tellurides, and test drove one. Then, when it came time to show us the numbers, they were not even close. At least $5K higher than what I saw on the internet. I pulled up the listing and put my phone next to the sheet and nothing matched, not even the MSRP. I was furious. John could not fully explain the difference and then proceeded to tell me there was fine print. I said that is dishonest in every way. I said I gave you the opportunity to tell me if there was going to be any catches or gotchas and he told me we’re good to go. I then asked to talk to the sales manager. His name was also John (finance manager – on his name tag). He then proceeded to try to explain to me that they pay lots of high-priced lawyers that say we’re allowed to advertise this way. Like that was an acceptable explanation. I said, but I’ve given you all plenty of opportunities to tell me UPFRONT before we even test drove a car. And you all took the charlatan approach to this. You are all frauds. I even tried one last time to see if we could meet somewhere in the middle and come up with a number that worked for all of us. But then he said, nope that’s it. He specifically told me “HIS” manager told him there was no money in the vehicle to trim the price. This means the prices they advertised online were not in good faith and were not ever available in the first place. I am going to file a complaint with the FL Department of Professional Regulation for deceptive sales practices. If you read this and still think it’s OK to do business with these crooks, then you deserve what you get.

We WERE previous customers of this dealership, but NEVER again. If I could give them 0 stars that would still be too many. This dealership might just be the most dishonest dealer I've ever dealt with. Their website is full of new vehicles with prices they never offer when you go to buy a car. We were looking at a 2025 Telluride and their website listed the following: MSRP: $41,185 KIA of Clermont Discount: $2,883 Sticker Sales Event Retail Bonus Cash: $1,000 KFA Bonus Cash: $1,000 KIA of Clermont Deal: $36,302. Now, before I drove over there, I called them TWICE. Spoke to two different sales people, and specifically asked them to verify that this price was real and that there were no gimmicks or surprises when it comes time to work out the numbers. They both said yes and that there would be no surprises. That was a complete lie. Because the price ended up being more than $5K more. They then proceeded to explain there were conditions, etc. I said, I asked about this before I drove over there and they assured me that would not be the case. Then the manager also could not explain the difference. It was impossible because it was all a lie. I should've learned from my first experience with these liars when we bought a 2023 Sportage from them. We almost didn't buy that either as they were trying to add extra fees and charges into the price. We were walking out of the dealership when the manager stopped us and agreed to remove them. Do not deal with these charlatans. They will lie to you and rip you off.
