completely rude and ruining my life.I regret purchasing a kia. Recall to my vehicle on engine. I lost multiple jobs because of this issue. I lost everything. im now broke and my credit dragged down the drain for a faulty vehicle. im disgusted. The manager Anthony laughed and said it doesn’t matter as he is still getting paid. I was told it would take over a week to see if i am covered through warranty. They do not want to give me loaner car for their mistake.

We first reached out to Kia of E. Hartford on Friday, February 21, 2025, to inquire about a certified pre-owned vehicle that was advertised on their website. After telephone communications we were forwarded a photo of damage on the car not originally presented in the online photos. We were told the car was being sent to the shop for repair. We continued to be interested in the vehicle and placed numerous phone calls to confirm our interest - two to three / week. We have email communications confirming we would be notified as soon as the car was back from the shop. We would be called right away. On Saturday, March 15, the sales manager once again confirmed they were hoping to get the vehicle back from the shop that day and we would be called right away. Fast forward, when we checked on the status of the car - online - on Sunday, March 16, we received a message the car had been sold. We called Monday, March 17 to follow-up on our communications and inquire if there was a mistake. We never even got the courtesy of a return call after waiting 24 days to purchase the vehicle. It is clear customer loyalty is not a high priority for this agency. Michael Pease, I guess your email of February 21, 2025 stating "We look forward to helping you find your perfect Kia." was pretty insincere. Unfortunately I have read similar reviews of people thinking they were purchasing a vehicle from this agency only to find out it had been sold before they arrived. The saving grace...we didn't support an unethical business that is not invested in their customers nor honest.

I have been to them twice. The first time I made an appointment to go see a car. They pulled it around and showed ne a sold sign. The second time I made an appointment and they said the truck would be ready and waiting. It took 45 minutes for them to find it after I got there. They pulled it around and it was FLITHY inside and out, dented, and had a broken tail light. Umm 38,000 for that??? I would not recommend them to anyone!
