I came into Premier to buy a second Kia Soul. I plan to give my 2013 to my husband. I knew I wanted used and it had to be a Soul. Nicholas Cintron assisted my purchase and made everything so easy. The financial end was handled with ease. There was no pressure at all. They made it so comfortable for me!!! I could not have been happier. Premier is the BEST. I recommend with no reservations whatsoever!

I saw a 2004 Volvo on their website so my husband and I took a drive to the lot to see it. A man named Terence took us for a test drive which we probably should not have done because the car had no brakes. We came back and sat with him to talk numbers. After finding out more info as to what we were willing to pay for the car , Terence ran some numbers which was $1,200 more than the asking price which I understand included tax and registration fees. We were paying cash for the vehicle. He told me cash is was for the poor man. Anyway he advised us he would speak to the Gen Mgr and call us the next day. That never happened so later that day we called and left a message on his voicemail. The next day still no call so we called back and we were told that it sold the day before which was the day after we looked at it. I just don’t understand why we weren’t called and advised of this but instead we were just ignored. This is very bad business and it is not appreciated. I would not recommend buying a car from Premier Kia and I will definitely tell everyone I know of this experience.
