HORRIBLE! These people lie and gaslight women! Seriously, you asked if I knew how to check my oil…yeah, it just ran through 5 qts in less than three weeks. Signed mom treated like garbage, lied to, took my vehicle for three months, never fixed anything, practically forced me into a more expensive car and guess what? That car is in the shop less than three weeks later. They are lying, shady practices, and crappy place! BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Recently purchased a new 2025 Sportage, my 4th Kia. Sales experience was good and made an appt for first comp service visit. Also asked if that included an oil change and was told it did. When I showed up for the appt was told I was not on the schedule and that this often happens as systems don't always communicate. Was told I could wait 1 1/2 hours but was also told it didn't include an oil change. I described what I was promised and the service writer said she'd speak with her manager and sales and would get back to me later that day. She also stated it was her absolute responsibility to take care of me. Days passed and heard from no one. Left a message for the sales manager I met during the purchase and he hasn't returned my call as well. So it appears that while they (sales) begs for a good review during the sales process after sales customer support is non existent. Been several weeks and still nothing. Stay away from this place is you value after sales support!

He was very upfront and honest through the whole process, he worked with us to get a great deal on the car and very communicative and super responsive! He was a pleasure to work with, very personable and I highly recommend you use him when purchasing a car from this dealership. If we ever buy a Kia again, it will be with him!
