It doesn’t appear they followed through on everything the service gentleman told me. I can my ties did not get rotated as the paper states, I received an email about parts ordered, which should have never happened. When I left a message to get clarification on those parts not one person called or emailed me back. The gentleman that helped me was kind and professional but it does seem what I was told happened did not.
