I am a 5 year customer, purchased my wife's car here. Sales department was friendly to military customers, however service department has tanked over the past two years. My wife has horrible experience everytime and we purchased service plan to make her maintenance as painless for her as possible. Great place to buy a car, horrible to have it serviced.

Both times I've come in, the service took more than TWICE as long as they estimated. This meant that I'd be waiting for my car for 5+ hours for a 2 hour job, and to top it off, the shuttle drivers will actually forget to pick you up. I needed to replace my brake pads, I didn't realize I needed to cancel everything else because it was going to take you guys 6 hours to tell me you didn't have all the parts. Smh

Geweke Kia has been my car dealership and service company since 2000. The service, I've received in the past has been outstanding, so it was only natural to get another Kia. The People in the service department get 5 STARS any day, Scott, Allen, Ricki, and the People who work on the cars. They are reliable, honest, going out of their way to help me out when I'm stuck without a vehicle. I call that excellence in service. When I decided I needed a new car, it was Brent who sat me down, explained things to me, it was so easy to make a decision on what car to get. The finance person was equally helpful. I was in a hurry that evening and he got me out in time for dinner. I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. It was a good experience all the way around. I needed to learn about how to run the new car. That's where Raymond came in. What a pleasant personality and extremely kind. He had to explain things a couple of times. (I'm not tech savvy) He helped me to feel at ease with all the new stuff in the car. I've seen other people's cars, with the screen in front, all so different from my old Kia. Now I have my own brand new Kia Niro. I love it and can't wait to get my next oil change, which is on the house. Thanks Guys. I have my own business and I treat people as I want to be treated. That's why I stay with Geweke, it's the people who treat me right. Thanks to the crew. I'm glad to know you.
