Awful experience.
Awful experience. I travelled several hours to look at a 2017 Aston Martin. The salesperson I spoke to had no idea I was coming in despite my coordinating with the scheduler. After searching for the car on the lot he told me the car had been sold by the owner of the dealership. The car is still isted on cars.com. A week afterwards I was contacted by a scheduler to see if I was interested in seeing the car.

Looks like Kia Oakland has poor hiring skills. I purchased a car from their current internet sales manager, Marcus R. who happed to swindle my VW trade in for himself. As a professional, you think he’d actually submit the paperwork to transfer the title and liability. Guess again. It’s taken years, and continuous parking tickets, impound and now is in collections. How could you trust buying a car from this guy? If he can’t handle his own finances responsibly, what makes you think he’d handle your paperwork correctly. Run from this place. Don’t trust a dealership that hires people like Marcus.

I had a very bad experience with the dealership and will not use again. I've always been warned about car dealership, but sometimes you need to learn the hardway.
