Ball Kia

I’m extremely disappointed in how Ball Kia handled my recent purchase of a 2025 Kia Soul and trade-in of my 2021 Soul. The dealership failed to tell me to stop the auto-payments on my old vehicle, which led to an unnecessary payment being withdrawn from my account after the trade-in. Their sales staff (Alejandro and Jeff) both promised to resolve the issue and said I would be reimbursed for the overpayment—but despite several follow-ups, phone calls, and emails, I never heard back and was never refunded. Worse, the dealership only paid off the lower balance after my extra payment, not the original payoff amount agreed to in our contract. They did not honor the signed agreement. To top it off, I was offered a free tank of gas to return and complete their survey—an “under-the-table” offer that felt like a tactic to prevent negative feedback rather than address real customer concerns. This is not how a dealership should operate. They break promises, fail to communicate, and do not honor their own contracts. I would not recommend Ball Kia to anyone.

Alex and the rest of the staff at Ball Kia worked patiently with us as we were figuring out if the Sorento was right for vehicle for our family. They lead us through multiple test drives and throughly answered our questions about the vehicle. Moreover, they gave us a solid explanation about financing vs. purchasing the vehicle.
