This is the third time I brought my car in fir oil change . Luis was always very helpful , professional , friendly . Luis is very pleasant to work with .. Not only Luis but also everyone at Kia dealer in Garden Grove are very nice , helpful, and attentive . I will come back to this location to have the world class services .

Kenny and Cory answered all the questions I had for my purchase. They were very patient when I had to take a couple of minutes to consult and think about my options, and were very open to discuss! Though it was a bit of a bummer to have some pre-installed things on the car that I hadn't exactly decided on, and some other fees, but overall it went very smoothly.
