I own a 2025 Kia Sportage and recently came in for my first service visit. My service advisor, Lexie Hunt, was awesome! She was very courteous, listened to my concerns, and ensured that everything related to my car was taken care of. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. The only downside was that my car wash wasn’t completed, so I had to return for that. Additionally, when I spoke with one of the dealer managers to inquire about a former employee who had assisted me when I purchased my car, he made an unprofessional comment, stating that he had fired that person because they were lazy. As a customer, that comment was unnecessary and uncomfortable to hear — I just wanted to thank that employee for their great service when I purchased my car. Overall, Lexie made the experience a positive one, and I truly appreciate her great customer service. I hope management will be more mindful of their words when speaking with customers in the future.

I own a 2024 Kia EV9... top of the line. I live out of the area but only take my car to Albert G in service. He is professional, kind, and keeps his word. When he says he will get something done, he does it. If there is a problem, he is honest in sharing what happened, and gives an honest timeline. So happy with the staff there and will definitely be buying another EV9 next year.

I went in with no expectation to purchase a vehicle. I had received some great offers from Metro Honda and had an appointment for an appraisal, but just thought I'd check out the Kia Sorento Hybrid because of the warranty and price compared to a Honda pilot. Jalil and his boss Roberto were great to work with. They definitely did their best to work with me and get me the best deal. Never felt pressured, talked down to, and always felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend working with them
