Yesterday, we had special service and routine evaluations at the Service Department and the entire experience was outstanding. Our concerns were all managed perfectly and expertly. The personnel were well qualified, courteous and helpful. In particular, special praise is due our Service Advisor, Stephanie Morales. She was personable, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and went way out of her way to be helpful. If you own a KIA, which itself is recommendable, I strongly encourage you to have your vehicle serviced at Team KIA of El Cajon and do yourself a favor and ask for Stephanie Morales as your Service Advisor!
