Kia of Concord performed a standard service charged without authorization after promising advance notice. The cashier and service advisor Darius acted professionally and tried to help. Sebastian, the General Manager, deflected blame to the owner, took zero responsibility, and demonstrated a complete lack of leadership or basic customer service. It is also important to note that Concord Kia has extremely higher charges when servicing your vehicle in comparison to other Kia Dealerships. I suggest doing research prior to bringing any vehicle to get serviced and Concord Kia,

My service advisor Brian was terrific. The waiting area was clean. And I was offered one of the desks in the lounge area so that I can work on my laptop. Would refer the dealership to friends and family.
