Everyone knows that when you have a car in mind you gotta find it! I had one in mind and found it in Tucson… Royal Kia Tucson! Living in California I was weary of purchasing a car unseen but Yvonne made it easy! She sent me pictures, videos, livestream walkthrough … everything to make it easy!! Any question and hesitation was answered/put to rest immediately. She was super responsive, kind and understanding of my position putting my faith in someone to be my eyes. I can’t thank her enough and the team there. I am super happy with my Sportage!! Yay!! Huge thank you!!

Not only did I buy an amazing car yesterday, but I made a friend... Abdul was so excellent, so incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the whole process, I don't think I have ever had such great customer service. When you spend so much time at a dealership trying to find the right situation, car, payment, etc., you really want someone who cares and who goes the extra mile for you. That person is Abdul. He was wonderful, and I left feeling like I had met the most extraordinary young man, which was a bonus. Royal should be very proud to have Abdul on their team; he is truly a 5-star sales representative. Thank you!
