Employees were friendly, courteous and respectful. I was told approximately how long the process would take. I was called and told my car would be ready the next business day and what time. This was earlier than expected and I appreciated it very much. My car looked they way it did when I first got it 7 years ago both inside and out. The work done was wonderful. I most certainly would recommend Royal Kia to anyone who needs work done. Thank you so very much!!
