Worst car buying experience ever for this driver. In buying cars at various dealerships the experiences have been satisfactory to great. Mark Kia stands out as the one bad experience. Good dealerships are relationship oriented, culture here is apparently transactional. Multitude of people to draw process out, lowballing trade in, slipping in extremely overpriced unwanted add-ons, claims of dubious veracity, excessive documentation fee, pretty much all the negative things folks fear darkening a vehicle sales office doorway. It is possible to complete a fair deal within a couple hours but due to the games and some inefficiencies it was a much longer, frustrating, disappointing experience at Mark Kia. Long story short, this driver is moving forward but won’t consider this business for future purchases. If they have a car you “must” have then go there fully prepared for the experience. But reality is someone else probably has the car you want, likely at a better value, and almost certainly with a much more pleasant process. There are better choices.

WOW!!! What a great experience! I walked in with the deal in mind that I wanted, and walked out with exactly that! Every person I came into contact with there was fantastic. I am very pleased and would recommend Mark Kia to anyone looking for a new or used ride.
Great Deal on a Great Vehicle, But....

I did not have to set foot in the dealership. I found what I wanted online, they sent pics and videos, answered all my questions and then brought the vehicle to me. The paperwork was pre-done, so all I had to do was sign after inspecting the vehicle and test driving it at my house. That was the easy part and the good experience.
The sales rep I dealt with over email and spoke to once over the phone was somewhat helpful, but not very responsive. This may stem from them not working on commission. I had texted and emailed several times without a reply for hours.
The sales rep that came to the house with the vehicle, which was a different guy and I was not told this was happening, was great. He was friendly, helpful, answered questions and seemed like he really cared.
The finance folks have still not sent the documents to my bank. They assured us they were doing that yesterday and to date, nothing. They told us they were calling our bank and then would fax and email the documents to them. Still have not done this. Not sure why the dealership doesn't want to get paid, but...
Other than the poor communication, seemingly unorganized finance department, the buying of the vehicle and the vehicle price were great. The second sales rep was terrific and they brought the vehicle to me, so I didn't have to go into the facility.
I would buy from them again due to the great prices and service as far as how they brought the vehicle to me. I would try to work with the second sales rep though for sure.
