CAN'T EVEN DO AN OIL CHANGE RIGHT

We have had our 2017 Kia Cadenza serviced at Horne 3 times. Each time we have had to wait over 4 hours to get a simple oil change. Twice we had issues after the oil change (leaking oil after the change in 2021) and when we called to notify them they said they could take a look at for $89.00. We ended up taking it to a local import service provider here in Casa Grande. The first time it was the oil filter which was not put on correctly. They fixed it as a COURTESY to us as we take our other vehicles there. Recently we got some coupons for oil change at Horne for a great price so we made an appt. for 9/21/23. Took our car there, waited over 3 hours and our car has been leaking oil ever since. We were out of the country and when we returned our car was completely out of oil. We filled it up and called Horne Kia to ask them to please take a look at it. Again we were told that it would cost $89 to look at it. I do not and will not recommend this dealership for service. If they can't do a simple oil change and stand behind there work, I would NEVER trust them to do any other type of mechanical work on my vehicle. We will no longer have our Cadenza serviced at this dealership EVER again. We leased and then purchased this vehicle brand new and never ever had any mechanical issues with it until Horne Kia. Think seriously before you let them touch you car.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure things went right for me during the car buying process . Our salesman Jack was extremely helpful. My mother & I was just so impressed with his help & how he made this a enjoyable experience. He was so respectful & kind. I couldn’t have ask for a better salesman to help us. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision.
