Bought a used blue mustang GT 9 months ago and still have
Bought a used blue mustang GT 9 months ago and still have no signed paperwork with the extended warranty that we pay an extra $70 per month for. We have relentlessly called management or have stopped by to be lied to about first not having the paperwork cause they switched systems, to having corporate send the signed paperwork. We haven’t sought legal help yet as we were giving this dealer the benefit of doubt. Now we wonder if the car is a legit deal or we are paying for someone else’s car.

My daughter and I purchased a new car there.
My daughter and I purchased a new car there. We were told the car would be ready by Tuesday and we could pick it up. My daughter drove two hours to pick up her car on Wednesday morning. It was not ready. Now we still do not have the car on Friday. They are supposed to deliver the car to my daughter today and will not answer the phone. In my world my customers come first. When I give them a promise time I follow through. If you’re looking for disappointment I would recommend this dealership. If want want great service I would purchase a vehicle elsewhere.
