I bought a 2017 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership on 9/26/2025. I didn't know anything about them beforehand, but I sure do now! They were very friendly and helpful while I was buying car, but customer service after the sale IS AWFUL!!!! I bought the RAV4 in good faith, with a ding on the windshield. The salesman told me no problem, they'll be sure to repair that. I've called them several times since the purchase, and keep getting the run around. Nobody calls me back. I even tried to reach the General Manager and Sales Manager. My husband and I went back again to dealership to see when windshield would be repaired. Got the run around again!!!! 9 days from purchase, I finally went to Glass Doctor in Anniston and had it repaired. I sent Kia the repair invoice for reimbursement. I have yet to receive a check from them. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! ONCE YOU BUY, THEY DON'T WANT TO BOTHER WITH YOU ANYMORE!!!
