Do not go to University Kia!
Do not go to University Kia!! Unless you want to have the typical sleazy car salesman expense. I bought a used car from them and before I bought it they told me they would take care of a paint chip in the front of the car and a missing rain guard. This was part of their negotiating on the price of the car we have to take care of all this thats why they would go down on the Price any more. Now after the sale they are telling me they will not be paying for their fixes and have gone silent on me. Also, when I went into the financing office they had me sign the usual paper work and then said it will be ready for you on Wednesday and I can get my copy of the paper work then When I come to pick the car up. Needless to say my car wasn't ready on Wednesday so I had them deliver it to me on Friday as i work and couldn't get their and only for my car to not show up with a temporary tag nor my documents. It then took me 2 weeks to receive My documents via email and I had to go to my county court house and get a temporary tag myself and pay for it!! These people will lie to your face!! Do not do business with them!!

Kias warranty is a joke.
Kias warranty is a joke. The dealership knew there was a problem 2 weeks after purchase. Said they fixed it and now we have a 21 telluride with 60000 miles with a broke sunroof. Kia was gonna do a recall on years 2020 and 2021 tellurides sunroofs but changed mind and put it on the customer. TSB-BOD319. If it wasnt an issue that look up issues with kias sunroofs. Kia lost another customer because they suck!!
