Kias warranty is a joke.

Kias warranty is a joke. The dealership knew there was a problem 2 weeks after purchase. Said they fixed it and now we have a 21 telluride with 60000 miles with a broke sunroof. Kia was gonna do a recall on years 2020 and 2021 tellurides sunroofs but changed mind and put it on the customer. TSB-BOD319. If it wasnt an issue that look up issues with kias sunroofs. Kia lost another customer because they suck!!

Drove from Atlanta area, and my salesman was prepared! Car was prepped and ready for the test drive. Reshard was professional and very courteous! We did the trade and the car was ready to go very expeditiously! In by 0900 out on my way back to Atlanta by 1:15. Very pain free process! Thank you Reshard! I would DEFINITELY purchase from him again!
