Unhappy Customer

I strongly do not recommend this dealership. We did our pre approval before arriving to the dealership, we knew exactly what car we were getting. When we got there to test drive it the inside was filthy, mind you we made an appointment the day before to come and look at it so they had plenty of time to detail the inside instead of showing it dirty! The whole process took 6 hours even though we were pre approved and were coming to look at one specific vehicle. The vehicle was taken to get detailed during this time and to have the glass coating we paid 2000.00 for to be applied inside and out. We live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership. When we got it home and looked at the inside the next day the leather seats were still filthy. One of the third row seats actually had mold growing on it so we knew there was no way they applied the protectant to the leather seats that we paid for. After calling twice to speak with the general manager and getting no response I told them that I would be filing a complaint against there dealership with the state of Wisconsin for services we paid for and never received. I got a call back after that. He arranged for us to take our Tahoe to one of their dealerships in Madison to have the vehicle detailed and the protectant we purchased applied both on the interior and exterior. The dealership in Madison did a great job and were very helpful!
