Buyer beware
Ryan the salesman the sales manager and a man from finance all tried to deceive me about my loan I told Ryan I use rcu and he said they work with rcu so I could do the loan there. They never even tried rcu and went with Ally finance at 11.74 % interest for 72 months and $6289.20 in finance charges. When I figured out I had screwed up I called to get a copy of my credit report they refused to do it and only gave me the number. When I went to rcu to refinance I found out my credit score from rcu was 40 points higher a loan rate of 6.94% $3000 less in interest and 12 months shorter loan for less than $10 a month more in paymeny

My Nav system failed to work along with my Wifi.
Service went through the process and determined the radio and.GPS and nav system were bad. They notified me that a new system is on order and will notify me.
