I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with the customer service I received following my vehicle purchase. Initially, I was impressed with the service provided before I made my purchase. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made my decision to buy much easier. However, after completing the transaction, my experience took a disappointing turn. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have encountered several challenges with customer service. There seems to be a noticeable lack of communication between the dealer and the shop, which has led to misunderstandings and frustration on my end. I found it difficult to get timely and accurate information regarding my vehicle, which is crucial for ensuring a smooth ownership experience. I believe effective communication and customer support are vital in building lasting relationships with customers. I hope my feedback can help identify areas for improvement, ensuring that future customers have a better experience post-purchase.
