My service advisor really didn't meet my needs.
My service advisor really didn't meet my needs. I explained everything I wanted done to repair my vehicle. I asked for my backup camera to be fixed and my heated seats in the rear to be repaired. She assured me that once my heated seats where fixed it would also take care of my camera. Well a week later my back seats don't heat up and my back up camera still doesn't work. It's sad because I have been dealing with Starr Motors for over 20 years and I am in the market for a new pickup truck. It sad because they are a small dealership and use to be very personable. Not so much anymore.
