Like the dealership enough to have purchased my second vehicle from them. The real character showed when a problem surfaced with the title. Their CFO and William Granby took swift action to get it corrected. William even hand carried the paperwork through DMV! Needless to say, I'll give them a call when we are in the market for another vehicle.
