LB sold me a truck on 1-28-26. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks and never assumed that I automatically knew the features of the truck I was interested in. He took the time to explain its’ features and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. He takes a pressure-free approach when it comes to selling, making sure that the vehicle truly meets the desired wants and needs of the customer. I always felt he had my best interest in mind. His communication was also top notch as he kept me up to speed on the entire process. LB goes above and beyond to make sure his customers have the best experience possible.
