As the year ends and everyone is out car shopping to get that "GOOD DEAL" I warn and beg you to NOT buy a JEEP product. I’m making this post because I’ve reached the end of my patience with Jeep Corporate and the complete lack of accountability I’ve experienced. Jeep and Stellantis North America DO BETTER. I have been dealing with a serious issue with my vehicle since January 2025 and we are now coming up on one year of vehicle issues. Despite bringing it to their attention multiple times, Jeep has refused to properly diagnose or fix the problem. I’ve gone through the correct channels. I’ve taken my car in, explained the issue in detail, and given them every opportunity to make it right. Instead, I’ve been met with delays, excuses, and zero real solutions. I’ve been bounced back and forth between the dealership and corporate, with neither one taking responsibility. Meanwhile, I’m the one left driving a vehicle that isn’t functioning the way it should or when I don't have it paying for months of car notes for it to sit at the dealership getting "fixed". What’s even more frustrating is that Jeep Corporate seems more interested in closing cases and pushing customers aside than actually standing behind their product. When a manufacturer won’t acknowledge a clear issue, it’s not just bad customer service — it’s unacceptable. I’m posting this because I want other Jeep owners to be aware of how difficult it has been to get help, and because I’m hoping this pressure will finally push Jeep Corporate to do what they should’ve done from the start: take responsibility, fix the issue, and treat their customers with respect. Do better, Jeep. This isn’t how you build trust, and it’s certainly not how you keep loyal customers.

Brought my Ram in for its scheduled oil change and also
Brought my Ram in for its scheduled oil change and also for a recall repair. Got the truck in right away and performed the oil change and recall repair. Was back on the road in a little over an hour.

I made an appointment for 8 am to have my radio looked at because I bought the extended warranty from this dealership. After 2 days, they had not even looked at my car. I picked it up and am taking it to another dealership.
