Timely call back
I emailed the dealership the night before and a email saying Tanner would be in contact so I provided my cell phone. The dealership opens at 8 am and by 1130 I had not heard back so I called and left a message. After talking to Tanner he said he does not start until 10 and that he had a customer. I asked to speak to the GM Who was Curt and asked why someone else could have not reached out to me and he said that they are a small town and Tanner is the only one on the internet so no one else could have contacted me and that know one else receives any emails. I am from a small town and I know we know how to conduct business and it's definitely not like this. Bad management
