Sent the truck in for the sunroof to be looked at again,

Sent the truck in for the sunroof to be looked at again, last Tuesday, only to be told they didn?t even look at it on Friday. We also sent in the Jeep for an issue with CarPlay the week before only for that issue not to be resolved either.
