Worst experience ever, ive have been buying cars online and inperson, i am out stationed, my business partner was paying 50k cashiers check down for a range rover autobiography and loan aslo got approved, they didn't let me to use my own credit union. social security copy, DL and passport along with an itenary was sent to them as required, still giving me back and forth. At the end i have been told by the gentleman Mr Patrick that social card back side is also required, i asked them is this a BANK REQUIREMENT? And the answer was its for our own records !! Further explained to me, according to their records your social security number was never issued (their own third party credit check) they asked me questions from my credit report, i answered them. But felt like they are trying make me beg to them, this was insulting to a customer who is buying their 130k vehicle. They don't have the capabilty of sending a docu sign according to their finance manager. The LOAN IS APPOVED, they have all my documents !! I need an apology with an email that my documents are discarded for my personal protection. I am a Real Person !
