Great Experience dealing with Rafael Medina. He was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Very attentive to our needs and got us into the Rubicon X we were looking for. Joe at finance was also very easy to talk to and very clear throughout the process.

I purchased a vehicle for my dad a few Thursdays ago, the
I purchased a vehicle for my dad a few Thursdays ago, the following Monday I advised the dealer my circumstances had changed. They would NOT accept the vehicle back, instead I was offered a trade in and that I would get a call back. I was looking for something more affordable for me. Let's NOT forget what all was promised to me. I was promised floor mats, a NEW RIM that supposedly was ordered and that I would get a call when ready to pick up, ( supposably the following MONDAY). I kept getting a tire pressure alert, so I took it to discount tire to put air or do a patch. I was told there was a previous patch on the tire and I would have to replace it. Now all this has happened, 3 weeks later STILL no RESPONSE!!! At this point I do not know who to talk to, or what to do!! :(
