Eddie Hixson was our salesman. We have known him for several years and appreciate that he is an all around good man and honest person. Eddie helped another family member purchase their first new vehicle when he worked at a dealership in Paris. I was with her through the search and buying process and I saw how knowledgeable and thorough Eddie is. I knew right then if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle, I would let Eddie be our car guy. When our 18 year old was looking for a truck at the start of his Senior year, I reached out to Eddie at Taylor Automotive and he found us the perfect truck. He walked us through every step and made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. Eddie has a smile and personality you will find warm and comforting. Everyone that we had contact with at Taylor Automotive was kind and helpful and I will be back if and when I am need of another vehicle.

The car-lot I purchased my car from sent my car to Taylors for the windshield wipers to be fixed. They didn't even add fluid.. However, when I dropped it off, I asked if they could look at my car for a possible antifreeze leak. I'm assuming glanced down while fixing the wipers and see if there was a leak. Without approval, I did not expect them to run tests and charge me $54.00. After realizing I had been had- I asked if I could pay Friday, as I was at work, with a full day.Which I had already went to retrieve my vehichle and it had not been finished. So this was a second time I came when I thought the car was through. The staff was very non-shalant, and you could tell this is a common issue and con that is pulled on people, as this seemed very rehearsed! The staff conned me, and you can't call it anything else. If $54.00 was worth being scandales over, I can't imagine how they conduct business with actually selling vehicles.

This has got to be the worst dealership I have ever seen. The morons don't know how to do a tire alignment correctly. Put my family in danger. Got them to do a tire alignment on a brand new Ram 1500 because it needed a repair back in April of this year 6 months later my tires are bald with metal hanging out the tires with only 13000 miles on the truck. Went back to the dealership and asked to see proof of the alignment, they would not provide any and said alignments don't last forever. I told them I know alignments don't last forever, was not getting anywhere with them. Took it to a reputable tire and alignment shop and they told me that the alignment was so bad that they told me this wasn't from hitting a pot hole or even running over something. My drivers side tire was at -0.40 and My passenger side tire was -0.50 way beyond what is normal out of alignment. Both my front tires were bald four inches across on the inside were my wife and I could not see it , that is why we didn't call them out sooner. The only reason it was discovered was because a member at our church saw it because our tires were turned out instead of straight. This place has really went down hill. If you are reading this look else where to get your vehicle worked on. If I could give a zero on this review I would.
