I dropped my truck off on Friday October 11.
I dropped my truck off on Friday October 11. I was told I would be contacted the next day about the diagnosis. I had to call on Monday October 14 and after several calls, I finally got a real person. They told me that Jeremiah was my service advisor and they would have him call me back. He never did this of course. I stopped by the dealership and stood in front of his desk for over 5 minutes whilst he was looking busy on his computer. He never acknowledged me. A young lady from across the garage asked if I needed help and in inquired about my truck. She went asked the diesel tech about my truck and she came back with the answer: he was diagnosing it just now and they would call me back soon. I called back at 5pm on Monday October 14 and the lady said Jeremiah was gone for the day and someone would call me tomorrow. I went out on a limb and took my truck to this dealership because it was more convenient. I will never take it to this ridiculous place again. New management means mayhem. Terrible service! I have spent $3005.00 at this dealership and they still give me this type of service! I am done with this terrible place of business!

Buyer beware!!!!
Call a 2016 dodge ram 2500. Truck was delivered on empty and filthy. No safety inspection was done. I was told brakes were replaced but the brake pads were hidden under the rear seat. Truck shifted horribly call the salesman who said it’s a big truck that’s why. Hook a scanner up to it. Five codes came up. I was told it was normal. Two days later transmission went out was told they had to pay almost $10,000 to replace when I told them I wanted to give them the truck back they said they would take care of it truck was making suspension problems. Had it checked all ball joints, tire rods and drive train has issues. Went to a different dealer to invoke the warranty and they sold me and was told it is void due to the truck having a pre-existing left. Also miracle sold me the truck with all the emissions deleted which is illegal in the state of Tennessee, and voided, the second half of the warranty. So they sold me a warranty I could not use. After numerous non-responding of voicemails and a return phone calls, I filed a complaint with a Tennessee motor vehicle commission and retained a lawyer. I’m sure this isn’t the first time they have done this and I’m sure it won’t be the last, but it will not be me.

Yo-yo scammed!
Do NOT by any means go to this dealership. You will get scammed!!!!!! Yo-yo scammed just this week, which is illegal in many states. I’m already in touch with the Federal Trade Commission, State of Tennessee Consumer Protection Agency, and Better Business Bureau.
